About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee client onboarding, ensure timely delivery of accounting services, and review financial reports for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients using established templates and assign them to the right accountant.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure accountants deliver high-quality services on time.
  • Assist in training new team members and provide support as needed.
  • Analyze monthly financial reports for errors and discrepancies before presenting them to clients.
  • Monitor client communications to ensure clear and transparent dialogue.
  • Evaluate accountant performance and assist in workload balancing.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Provide actionable feedback to senior leadership on process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and share insights with senior executives.
  • Perform regular team evaluations, recommend promotions, and maintain professional communication with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and inventory accounting is a plus.
