Job Summary As a CapEx Working Capital Analyst , you will be responsible for conducting financial analyses and modelling for capital expenditures and working capital, capital expenditure management and working capital optimization. Duties and Responsibilities Financial Planning and Modelling Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling for strategic decision-making. Develop and review financial models supporting capital expenditure proposals and portfolio management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, focusing on budget vs. actual analysis for both capital expenditure and working capital. Capital Expenditure Management Assist in preparing annual capital expenditure budgets, contributing to prioritization processes and metrics. Monitor and report on the performance of capital projects and portfolios. Working Capital Optimization Support the management of Working Capital, providing insightful reporting, analysis, and commentary. Contribute to maintaining performance and benchmark data, undertaking trend analysis for the capital portfolio. Ensure compliance by reviewing monthly R&M spend and participating in the closure of open capital projects. Key Qualifications Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or any other related courses Experience: At least 5 years' experience in reports management and data analysis and visualization, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within timescales Special Skills Experience in Financial Analysis. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), creating and managing performance dashboards and data visualization. Working knowledge/experience on Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is a plus. Experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, Power Bl is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
