We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development Lead to drive the team’s growth. You will not only train but also inspire, crafting learning journeys for our new and seasoned agents to ensure they are prepared and equipped to excel in the evolving eCommerce landscape. What You’ll Be Doing Crafting Learning Journeys: Design and implement engaging training programs for new hires, covering company culture, essential policies, and mastering our proprietary tools and software. Leading Engaging Sessions: Facilitate dynamic virtual training sessions via Zoom with screen sharing and video collaboration to maximize engagement. Upskilling Our Team: Develop and deliver ongoing development opportunities to keep team members at the forefront of eCommerce trends and tools (Email Marketing, SEO, eCommerce Website management, Data Analytics/Reporting, and Customer Service). Guiding New Talent: Lead Onboarding Week, assess potential and guide readiness for success and advancement within roles. Collaborating for Success: Partner with Team Leads to conduct performance evaluations, identify growth areas, and co-create personalized development plans. Personalized Coaching: Host one-on-one and group coaching sessions via Zoom, focusing on advanced eCommerce specializations and practical problem-solving. Innovating Learning Content: Create and refine training materials, modules, and development plans that meet evolving agent needs. Mapping Career Paths: Define clear career pathways and skill matrices to help team members visualize and achieve long-term goals. What You Bring A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a dedicated training, talent development, or coaching role. Bonus points for 1-2 years of virtual assistant or direct eCommerce operations experience. Solid understanding and practical experience in at least two core eCommerce pillars: SEO, Email Marketing, eCommerce Website tasks, or Data Analytics/Reporting. Genuine passion for the eCommerce industry and its best practices. Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo; familiarity with other Email Marketing, eCommerce, and Reporting tools is valued. Experience with Canva and learning platforms such as Trainual and Loom is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Strong coaching and planning abilities, highly organized with attention to detail. Self-starter with high energy and the ability to engage others. Comfortable with Gmail and Slack. Your Home Office Setup Own laptop or computer with at least an i5 processor or equivalent. Reliable internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber). LAN connection required, 20 Mbps minimum.
