Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager for Digital Marketing is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing department’s budget, planning, and team member development. He/She must establish and monitor team member performance, develop goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, and establish priorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all digital marketing communications align with Solaire’s brand voice and visual identity.

Execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, banner ads, newsletters, etc.).

Manage digital and media campaigns in partnership with interactive agencies to meet performance goals.

Lead digital marketing projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Identify industry trends and recommend enhancements to digital initiatives.

Provide detailed reporting on web and digital marketing traffic.

Approve content updates and advise on improving conversion rates using key performance metrics.

Oversee all company websites and online platforms directed at customers.

Manage the brand's presence and communication across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Adhere to and enforce company rules, procedures, and performance standards for guest and company satisfaction.

Stay updated on and follow security, fire, and safety procedures as per company policy.

Attend required department meetings and training sessions.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Make recommendations or carry out management decisions regarding team member actions (e.g., hiring, discipline, reassignment).

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

5+ years' experience in content management, digital marketing, email campaigns, media buying, and vendor coordination.

Skilled in content strategy, SEO, and digital technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

Hands-on experience with SEM, affiliate marketing, and campaign performance tracking.

Strong understanding of web platforms, CMS, and online publishing standards.

Excellent in content writing, presentations, and stakeholder communication.

Solid project management, able to lead multiple campaigns with shifting priorities.

Proficient in email marketing tools, ad platforms, and digital reporting dashboards.

Experienced in building marketing reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
