Job Title: Non-Voice Sales Representative (Chat & Messaging) Job Description: We are looking for a Non-Voice Sales Representative who will handle client communication via chat, email, and messaging platforms . The role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, recommending products/services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and messaging apps in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate product and service information to assist clients with their purchase decisions. Convert inquiries into sales by identifying customer needs and offering the right solutions. Handle order processing, quotations, and sales-related documentation . Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system . Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and support) to ensure smooth transactions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: At least (6 months or 1 years) experience in sales, BPO, or e-commerce (non-voice preferred). Strong written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone). Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Knowledge of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, or chat systems is an advantage. Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales KPIs . Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
