Analyze inventory data and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality. Financial and Reporting Functions Prepare and manage the purchasing budget and track expenses. Evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and market conditions. Generate procurement reports and updates for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting, auditing, and documentation requirements. Team Leadership and Process Improvement Supervise and guide purchasing staff to ensure efficient workflow and goal achievement. Develop and enforce procurement policies and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline purchasing processes.
