Global IT Business Partner - FICO and Group Reporting Job Purpose The GITBP (Global IT Business Partner), keeps the global ERP System and Group Reporting running smoothly by performing system support and application development in the area of Financial Accounting and Group Reporting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Reviews and translates business process requirements and strategy into strategic program initiatives through IT. Plans, manages, supervises, and leads the development, functional test, system integration test, user acceptance test and deployment efforts towards on time delivery of both business and incident triggered change requests. Confirms incident submitted in ServiceNow and ensure all these incidents are properly diagnosed, categorized based on priority, assigned, and resolved on a timely manner. Develops training modules that will be used as one of the support resources among local key users, L-ITBPs and help desks. Performs knowledge transition among Level 1 help desk, local ITBPs, local process owners and local key users by conducting training and/or working discussions. Attends incident and change request status meeting three times a week. Defines functional requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality to meet District requirements and improve system efficiency. Consults with other SAP COE team members to identify and resolve unique problems and to ensure the effective integration of solutions among SAP modules.
