About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding who thrives in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately input customs, freight, and logistics data into EDI, CargoWise, or equivalent systems. Ensure all data entries meet KPI and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and data handling. Prepare and send Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders. Support basic billing and invoicing processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or a related business course. Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or warehousing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willing to work night shifts and start immediately. Open to training and continuous learning. Why Join Us?
