The Logistics Coordinator is mainly responsible for monitoring of dispatch and logistics operations, coordinating between the department and third-party logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the optimal routing of deliveries to ensure efficiency and timeliness, using the Transportation Management System (TMS). Monitor dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring that all deliveries are executed according to the planned routes and schedules. Extract and analyze data from the TMS to create detailed reports that help in decision-making and process improvements. Act as the liaison between the department and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless coordination and address any operational challenges. Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders such as the sales team, warehouse & billing, and management to ensure alignment and effective execution of the logistics strategy. Ensure compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage. Proficient in Transport Management System. Ability to analyze and interpret logistics data. Capable of implementing and overseeing logistics systems to ensure smooth operations. Proficient in managing logistics schedules and compliance. Effective in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with TMS analytics and reporting. Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan Taguig from Mondays to Saturdays 8 AM-5 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
