Job Title: Junior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial information and statutory financial statements, audit schedules for local statutory filing, tax compliance, and other reports.

Accountabilities:
  1. Manage the annual audit process and prepare statutory accounts, ensuring signing and filing within deadlines.
  2. Enforce accounting regulations (IFRS), recommend new procedures, and identify process improvements.
  3. Compile, review, perform health checks, and analyze financial information for Finance and other functions.
  4. Collaborate with global finance teams to improve tax and statutory accounting processes.
  5. Identify and communicate risks, providing recommendations for resolution.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in accounting or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and indirect tax principles.
  • Knowledge of R2R, P2P, and AR processes.
  • Skills in balance sheet reconciliations and ledger analysis.
  • Experience in financial statements preparation preferred.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
