You\'ll also maintain accurate records on spreadsheets, including payment logs, bank transfers, and refund documentation. Skills and Competencies: Experience in financial reconciliation and auditing Support & Troubleshoot: Handle client inquiries related to payments and billing, and manage all incoming invoices. You\'ll also proactively check for missing bills and research alternative payment methods to keep operations running smoothly. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong process improvement capabilities Communicate & Document: Keep Trello boards updated and promptly alert management to any payment risks or delays. You\'ll also maintain accurate records on spreadsheets, including payment logs, bank transfers, and refund documentation.
