Job Description Manage the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client payment issues. Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to O2C operations. Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process. Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to O2C. The Successful Applicant A successful O2C Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in the order-to-cash process in the industrial/manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in ERP systems and related financial software. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
