This role is based onsite in Cebu, Philippines. About the Role The Tax / Bookkeeping Associate is responsible for preparing and filing personal tax returns, performing bookkeeping, and client servicing functions. Prepare personal tax returns and assemble workpapers in a clear, organized manner with appropriate notations. Generate billing for completed returns. Data entry and data integrity in internal EABATS systems. Assign and maintain revenue and expense transaction codes and classifications. About You A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 full tax seasons experience. UltraTax software experience; QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience. Self-directed, self-motivated with strong English communication, highly organized, analytical, and proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines.
