This is a remote, permanent position for a Recruiting Coordinator. Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week. Take-home pay: Php 35,000 - 40,000 per month. Work schedule: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM PHT Manila, Tuesday - Saturday.

About the RoleThe Recruiting Coordinator will support the HR Manager with end-to-end recruitment and contribute to HR operations, focusing on administrative and new hire preparation tasks.
Responsibilities- Recruiting: Manage job posts, review resumes and screen candidates, sort and organize candidates for review, coordinate with hiring managers, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, support DEI initiatives, utilize an ATS to streamline processes, manage email accounts, engage in active recruiting efforts.
- Human Resources: Provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with onboarding, and manage email communications.
- Recruitment Expertise: End-to-end recruitment, posting, screening, scheduling, reference checks.
- Communication: Excellent English (neutral accent), strong rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability & Quick Decision-Making: Handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Technology Proficiency: ATS (JazzHR, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.); project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana).
- Organizational Skills: Multitasking, time management, attention to detail.
- Proactivity & Resourcefulness: Initiative to improve recruitment processes.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Time-to-Fill, Quality of Candidate Pool, Interview Scheduling Efficiency, Candidate Engagement, ATS Utilization, DEI Initiative Impact, New Hire Onboarding Success Rate, Email Management Efficiency, Compliance Adherence, Task Completion & Multitasking, Stakeholder Satisfaction, Proactivity & Initiative.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Must work United States Pacific Time hours.
- Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
- Strong ability to build rapport and manage calls effectively.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (JazzHR, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Highly disciplined, organized, and capable of multitasking and time management.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to follow procedures and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Independent, self-sufficient, reliable, and maintains integrity.
