Work Conditions Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm to 6am PH time) Work Set up: Onsite (Makati Circuit) Eligibility: Must be a Filipino citizen Responsibilities Maintain accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and generate daily recruitment metrics and reports. Source candidates from different channels. Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. Administer and manage candidate assessments and testing processes. Conduct interviews using structured techniques to ensure fair and effective evaluations. Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, including technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs. Ensure timely and efficient recruitment of candidates while consistently meeting hiring targets and goals. Represent and promote the company’s employer brand and reputation in all candidate interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or College level with at least 2 years of relevant experience Minimum 2 years of screening and interviewing applicants in volume hiring recruitment (BPO setting strongly preferred) Customer Service Oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, The capability of effective planning and priority setting. Must demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Carenet background or healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with recruiting job boards and HRIS Willing to work onsite in Makati daily Why Carenet?
