Overview Property Management Specialist — SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Supervises the Viewing/Roving Coordinators, Housekeepers, and Viewing Organizers to ensure that units are clean, free of manifestations, and ready for viewing. Monitor and ensure maintenance and upkeep of all handled units. Ensure timely tagging of WM units and FA-received keys in QTOP. Ensure that all manifestations of all units are reported and endorsed to the concerned department. Ensure that all borrowed and endorsed keys are monitored and recorded accordingly, via manual monitoring and QTOP Tagging. Ensure that all viewing requests are accommodated. Ensure the availability of Pre-Turnover Unit Assistants/Coordinators and housekeepers, especially during weekends, holidays, open houses, and other events. Handle HK personnel, their cleaning schedules and activities including monitoring of stocks supply keeping it within the budget. Conduct site visits and assist staff on-site. Provide support to management in report preparation and coordination with other departments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of processes and operations. Participate in all company and PMD-initiated activities. Perform other tasks that may be assigned or required from time to time. Job Qualifications and Skills Required Must be a graduate of any four-year (4) course from college or university. Preferably with at least 2-year work experience related to communication to sellers or clients/buyers from a property developer / real estate.
