POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER (OFFICES)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake all day-to-day management of the assigned property and to report to the
  • Cluster Head, and clients accordingly.
  • Manage a team of general and technical site engineer/s and staff for the efficient
  • running of the property.
  • Managing all financial matters, including monitoring of the income and expenditure of the
  • property to ensure that these are in line with the annual budgets
  • Setting up and supervising all operating procedures, including security, fire safety, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
  • Identifying the problem areas in management and recommending improvement plans to
  • maximize the efficiency of management.
  • Planning, setting up, implementing, and supervising regular preventative maintenance programs for all building structures, systems, equipment, and all contract services in the property, e.g. cleaning, landscape
  • Maintaining good public relations with clients, owners, and tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Management Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
  • With at least 5 years of related experience in Building or Property Management.
  • Knowledge on all trades of building equipment (e.g. Electrical, Aircon, FDAS, Firepro, etc.)
  • Knowledge on planning and reviewing using the AutoCAD platform.
  • Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications for day-to-day reporting
  • Good project management skills to ensure the quality of contractor/vendor deliverables
  • Good knowledge in handling customer/tenant issues and/or concerns
  • Problem solving, time management, decision making
  • Willing to work ON-SITE at MOA COMPLEX, PASAY CITY.
