Your work will directly contribute to the planning, strategizing, and decision-making processes of the organization. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide analytical support in achieving those goals. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance analytical capabilities. Collaborate with the Mall and Offsite teams to understand their requirements and provide proactive analytical support. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus. Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is desirable.
