What Are Our Wishes At least 4 yrs as IT BA; 2+ years as IT Business Analyst in data migration or data lake Business Analysis Skills User stories creation BRD/FRD creation Data Mapping Good understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles. Data Skills: Data Profiling Data Mapping Data Cleansing Dimensional modelling Data-quality checks Soft Skills: Clear communication Storytelling Stakeholder influence Self-starter How can you contribute to the team? Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Elicit, document and prioritise business / functional specs; maintain traceability and change control.
