Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Post job openings on various job boards and platforms. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support the recruitment team in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar). At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
