Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and multi-functional teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual tests to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Participate in agile planning, contributing ideas and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning.
  • Analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and help deliver reliable, robust software.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and innovative team environment.
Essential Skills/Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript and experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Experience working in agile teams and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with JMeter, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
  • Knowledge of non-functional requirements and performance testing strategies.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and modern testing frameworks.
