We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Automation Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with hands-on expertise in using Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
  • Familiar with advanced Playwright features like network request interception, headless execution, test parallelization, and visual testing.
  • Experience integrating Playwright tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and best practices for test case design and defect tracking.
  • Experience using tools like Jira and TestRail for test management and bug tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
