Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and communication. Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices for incident, problem, and change management. Coordinate with multiple technical and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Support system updates, enhancements, and evergreen maintenance activities. Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and support procedures. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study is highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in a similar IT application support or IT operations role. Hands‑on experience supporting vendor/SaaS applications in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of ITSM principles, particularly Incident and Change Management. Practical experience with ServiceNow Incident and Task Management. Exposure to Procurement and Supply Chain Management applications such as Smart by GEP or SAP Ariba will be an advantage. Familiarity with procurement workflows, supplier management, or supply chain processes. Open to a 1‑year fixed contract, subject to extension.
