Overview We are seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst – HR Systems to support and optimize HR software solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Payroll . This role is vital in maintaining a seamless HR application landscape, resolving system issues, and enhancing user experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing (“evergreen”) support for HR software solutions, especially Workday Payroll. Manage incidents and changes following ITSM principles using ServiceNow . Coordinate testing, deployment, and change validation across multiple support teams. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business workflows and address system issues. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on system support and process optimization. Qualifications Experience supporting vendor-based or SaaS HR applications (Workday preferred ). Strong understanding of ITSM Incident and Change Management processes. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Incident and Task Management . Proven ability to coordinate effectively across cross‑functional technical and HR teams. Preferred: Exposure to payroll systems and HR workflows . Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
