POSITION SUMMARY THE POSITION REQUIRES THE SUPERVISION OF ARCHITECTURAL WORKS IN THE BUILDING. PLANNING FUNCTION:Reviews plans and specifications. Prepares RFIs whenever necessary.Estimates forms, rebar, and concrete and prepares cutting listPrepares works schedules and updates during the duration of constructionPlans construction methodology to implement structural worksCoordinates with consultants/designers on issues confronting project executionPrepares manpower and equipment loading scheduleRequisitions materials, manpower, and equipment needed for project implementation PROJECT EXECUTION:Supervises layout, formworks, rebar works and concrete works of the structuresCoordinates with other work disciplines, i.e. architectural, MEPFS, etc. in the implementation of plans and specificationsCooperates with QA/QC department on implementation of quality standardsPerforms required test procedures based on plan and specifications and standard industry practices.Monitors project accomplishment and submits report periodically.Attend field coordination meetings regularlyImplements safety policies and procedures in the project siteConducts regular inspection in the fieldImplements policies and procedures governing the operation in the project COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED Can transmit instructions to othersCan read and interpret plans and specifications very wellCan review and verify data in hardcopy or electronic formatDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of structural worksTeam player and works harmoniously with colleagues Follows instruction, responds management direction QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT B.S in Civil Engineering or Architecture WORK EXPERIENCE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LOCATION Must be willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal Can start as soon as possible
