Talent Coordinator (Work From Home | ₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus) Join our team at ClearDesk as a Talent Coordinator, helping build reliable and compassionate teams in the healthcare industry. About the Role As a Recruiter at ClearDesk, you’ll work with a U.S.-based healthcare client, managing roles from caregivers to licensed professionals. You’ll coordinate interviews, source candidates, and support compliance tasks to ensure timely placement. Responsibilities Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards Support document collection, license verification, and background checks Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed Qualifications 1+ years of recruitment experience Recruitment for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles Confident on the phone, great with follow‑ups, and skilled at closing candidates Proactive, self‑managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics Highly organized and detail‑oriented in compliance tasks Clear communication in English (written and spoken) Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup Willing to work in a U.S. time zone schedule Secure technical setup:• At least a 720p HD webcam• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps• Backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source• Main computer with Intel Core i5 and 8 GB RAM• Backup computer with Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Benefits & Compensation Fair and timely pay Prepaid HMO coverage Growth support with tools, training, and honest feedback Celebration of wins ClearDesk cares deeply ₱20,000 Sign‑On Bonus awarded in two parts:• ₱10,000 after your 3rd month • ₱10,000 after your 6th month Apply, complete pre‑hire requirements, and start on or before December 15th, 2025 Stay with ClearDesk/Client for at least 6 months while meeting performance expectations Note: If engagement ends within the first 6 months, the bonus will be subject to repayment and may be deducted from final pay.
