Manage lease renewals and related documentation. Follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors. Handle water invoicing and other tenant billing tasks. Send documents via Flk It Over (e.g., Lease Break Forms, Name Removal Forms). Perform additional property management tasks as delegated. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in AU real estate. Background as a Property Management Assistant or Virtual Assistant. Experience in customer service and vendor coordination. Proficient in CRM systems, preferably PropertyMe. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive in clarifying instructions. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Adaptable to new software and administrative processes. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Effective at time management and prioritization.
