Overview End User Content Specialist (Hybrid / Night shift) – Comcast Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Comcast Business offers connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to help global organizations. Powered by a large Gig-speed network with 24/7 support, Comcast Business serves small businesses and the Enterprise market. Job Summary Responsible for creation and maintenance of end user documentation. Converts technical and/or complicated information into clear, concise documents appropriate for various target audiences. Works with Development, Quality Assurance and Feature Owners to produce technical publications including instructional materials, manuals, and product documentation for end users. Core Responsibilities Interview subject matter experts and technical staff to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate layout and organization. Review, critique, and edit documentation including design documents, programmer notes and system overviews. Transcribe recordings of software demonstrations as needed. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Maintain internal documentation library; coordinate special documentation services as required; oversee special projects. Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills and excellence in writing and editing. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with related coursework or extensive related professional experience; Comcast may consider combinations of coursework and experience. 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
