You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the online experience for thousands of users by maintaining quality, consistency, and performance across web content. Key Responsibilities: Content Publishing & Data Accuracy Oversee the end-to-end content publishing process across multiple CMS platforms, ensuring every update is accurate, consistent, and on-brand. Implement robust QA and validation checks to ensure flawless presentation and functionality. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee timely, accurate content delivery aligned with project goals. Quality Assurance & Optimization Establish and manage a content QA framework with scheduled reviews and audits. Identify issues or inconsistencies and drive swift resolutions to maintain high content standards. Ensure compliance with accessibility, SEO, and design best practices for all published content. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of Content Publishing Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence. Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Champion process improvement and workflow efficiency across the team. Project Coordination & Reporting Partner with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content strategists. Track progress, report metrics, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Maintain documentation, workflows, and content migration records using project management tools. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in content management, publishing, or quality assurance roles. Proven background managing CMS platforms (Drupal experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with HTML, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
