DISTRICT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Ecommerce Join to apply for the DISTRICT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Ecommerce role at Century Pacific Food, Inc. Responsibilities include building and managing the national eCommerce ecosystem, developing strategies to grow eCommerce revenue, driving acquisition and retention efforts, and overseeing performance metrics. Build and manage the national eCommerce ecosystem for CPFI across both B2B and B2C channels. Develop strategies to grow eCommerce revenue, improve platform performance, and enhance customer experience. Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts across eCommerce platforms. Oversee performance metrics including revenue, P&L, and customer satisfaction across all eCommerce channels. Lead the development and monetization of owned eCommerce platforms and on-demand (click-to-mortar) initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital business development, and a proven track record in scaling eCommerce revenue. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; specialization in eCommerce or Digital preferred. At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital business development, or online retail—preferably in FMCG. Proven track record in scaling eCommerce revenue, managing platform performance, and executing digital strategies. Strong data-driven mindset with experience in P&L management, customer journey analysis, and KPI tracking.
