Order Management Specialist (Client Operations) Location: New hires will undergo onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid work setup. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. In this role, you will hold a position that will be the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. This position will be responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales processes of their assigned Account Executive or team of Account Executives (AE). This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, ordering and account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information. You will get to: Research technical information on product requests and ensure access to procurement.
