Sales Manager role at Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. Responsibilities Lead, mentor and manage the Commercial and Industrial Sales team. Develop sales strategies for commercial building projects and industrial projects. Build strong relationships with top‑tier clients and decision‑makers. Oversee bidding, proposals, and project negotiations. Ensure consistent achievement of the revenue goals. Develop the consistency‑framework and ensure that the training needs of direct reports/subordinates are provided. Formulate, implement, and review sales policies, practices and procedures for better sales efficiency per account. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or an equivalent work experience. Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in sales field. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
