The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share, driving revenue, and positioning McBride Corporation as the go-to provider of premium PET products. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize performance. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and promotional activities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales and marketing management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industries. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and deliver measurable results. Knowledge of PET products or packaging industry is an advantage. Highly motivated, with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
