Job Description Drives vendor performance, cost efficiency, and capacity planning to meet business and operational objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the performance, governance, and strategic relationships of external business process outsourcing (BPO) and manpower partners to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, service standards, and organizational goals. Manages vendor contracts, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency. Forecasts workload and resource requirements using historical and real‑time data to ensure optimal staffing across vendors and internal teams. Develops and manages efficient schedules and capacity plans, adjusting in real time to meet service level and productivity targets. Analyzes operational and vendor performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement initiatives. Implements and optimizes workforce management tools and processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Monitors market trends and benchmarks vendor costs and performance to support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy and/or Business Intelligence role. Background in BPO / Telco / Tech / Finance. Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume industry is preferred. Expertise in performance management and KPI governance. Proficiency in analytics methods and tools. Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
