Position: HR Operations and Administration Manager Company Industry: Chemical Manufacturing company Location: Salcedo Village Makati Postal: 1227 Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php90,000(Open for negotiation) Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Work Set Up: Onsite Benefits : ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨Insurances ✨HMO ✨Life insurance ✨Leave Credits Job Responsibilities: ✨ Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. ✨ Ensure accurate and compliant maintenance of employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in line with labor laws and company policies. ✨ Demonstrate strong leadership and management competencies, including strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational control. ✨ Supervise and manage daily administrative operations to maintain an efficient, well-organized, and productive office environment. ✨ Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and Administration teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
