We are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Manager who can lead target-driven sales and build valuable partnerships. You will research and set realistic goals with a team, lead your own achievements, and cultivate connections within Manila's creative and innovation circles. Responsibilities

Account Management Specialist

Overview

The Account Management Specialist oversees end-to-end buyer journey, coordinating with banks and government agencies, handling escalations, and driving process improvements. Requires mortgage loan processing and customer service experience; strong leadership and compliance orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage buyer journey from reservation to turnover and title transfer
  • Coordinate with partner banks and PAG-IBIG; ensure timely documentation

  • Monitor payments and assist in turnover of units
  • Support process improvements and handle escalations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course
  • 5+ years in customer service with mortgage loan processing experience
  • Experience supervising and training teams
  • Real estate and/or banking experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills; on-site availability
