At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have experience in dealing with or managing corporate accounts and proven track record in leading a team and achieving performance targets. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT Managed Services and Cloud. Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm).

Job Description

Our growing company seeks a Sales Manager to supervise and organize the sales team, develop business plans, meet goals, and coordinate with Marketing on lead generation. You will oversee activities and performance, track goals, set targets, and train sales staff. A 90-day onboarding period is required to learn our product, ICP, and pitch deck.

About LeadAdvisors: we provide lead generation and consultancy with enterprises, feeds to AP, Reuters, etc. We work with clients earning at least 500k/year in revenue.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop a business plan for sales, revenue, and expense controls; meet planned sales goals.
  • Set and monitor individual sales targets; track and report results.
  • Oversee sales team activities and performance; coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Train and develop the sales team; promote products.
  • Understand target customers and CRM usage (HubSpot, etc.).

Note: Not remote. Interview with the director. Salary/compensation details include bonuses and a 13th month salary.
