Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and seasonal requirements. Maintain employee records and contracts in compliance with labor regulations. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort’s values. Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events. 3. Training & Development Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees. Identify training needs and coordinate skill development and hospitality training sessions. Ensure compliance training (health & safety, customer service, etc.) is completed. 4. Performance Management Coordinate the performance review process and assist department heads in setting KPIs. Support managers in developing improvement plans and recognizing achievements. 5. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and resort policies. Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave administration. Support payroll preparation and benefits administration. 6. Policy & Culture Update and communicate HR policies and procedures. Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence in service delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort operations. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a dynamic, guest-oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
