Identify files to be actively pursued through all recovery avenues. Provide timely and useful advice to insurers and the client regarding claim developments. Obtain relevant quantum documentation as required within the client organization. Identify claims at risk of litigation and take the required steps to ensure necessary commercially focused steps are taken. Requirements End‑to‑end claims management experience. Experience interpreting legislation, insurance policies and commercial agreements. Experience identifying potential issues within claims and escalating for review. Demonstrated file review experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems. Bonus Points Remain calm under pressure. Work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, jump in when needed. Work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently when required.
