About the role The Business Intelligence Analyst I is responsible for executing requirements assessment, data analysis, business support for reporting and data analytics associated with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and other areas of Insight. The Client Intelligence Specialist is responsible for the development of effective and efficient reporting processes and controls. This position will drive profits and cut costs. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will get to: Interprets requests from sales representatives to provide data and reporting results Gather information from various sources Build Reports and ad-hoc data files to support a broad range of business needs to drive key business decisions Validate that deliverables are met Manage data and reporting process and standards on one-off reports which have been requested with minimum data analysis Be AmbITious This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we’re looking for Strong analytical skills required to support ad-hoc analysis with SAP Business Warehouse or Business Objects, or other Business Intelligence platform. Preferably some experience with a products and services reseller. Previous experience with SAP and Power BI preferred. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP, Analytical, Pivot Tables, Vlookup Communicate effectively and credibly with all organizational levels, with the specific ability to gain trust, draw out needs, creatively propose ideas, and immediately and expertly resolve conflicts and concerns. The Business Intelligence Analyst shall pursue continuing professional education in the areas of business analysis, data analysis, and technical report writing skills through course training, self-study.
