Work Arrangement: Onsite

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays, PH Night Shift 9 PM

Project Background

We're looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer with expertise in Node.js, Dart, and Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack professional, capable of building and maintaining robust backend systems and creating beautiful, high-performance mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-sales engineering and provisioning tasks
  • Work closely with network operations and network monitoring teams
  • Work directly with client IT teams via email and phone to troubleshoot equipment
  • Work with Tier1 suppliers to open and resolve tickets and perform testing
  • Pro-actively suggest and implement system and process improvements
  • Assist clients with remote troubleshooting of their SIP-based PBXs; diagnose issues at any level, including front line, to troubleshoot specific VoIP issues
  • Sometimes you double as front-line CSR. At other times you are assisting with the new install, together with the Sales Engineer overseeing the project
  • All support by phone and email only, from the Fargo office
  • Technical writing to assist with blog posts and social media
  • Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion
Qualifications
  • Linux Administration (2+ years): Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems, including supporting PBX platforms such as Asterisk and FreeSWITCH
  • VoIP Technologies (1+ year): Familiarity with SIP signaling, QoS concepts, and troubleshooting using Linux-based packet trace tools (e.g., tcpdump, Wireshark)
  • Networking & Systems Administration (1+ year): Understanding of firewalls, routing, and network protocols; prior networking experience is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues in real time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge and learn new technologies through on-the-job training
