We're Hiring Junior Network Engineer

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow your career in IT infrastructure? Join our dynamic team as a Junior Network Engineer and gain hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise networks.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to alerts or connectivity issues.
  • Support daily network operations across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN services.
  • Help document network layouts, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades and improvements.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for network-related concerns.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and integrity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools (e.g., ping, traceroute, Wireshark).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, wireless access points, or network monitoring tools.
