Client Implementation Officer – MicroSourcing Location: MOA, Pasay City, PhilippinesWork setup & shift: Hybrid / Dayshift Why join MicroSourcing? Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of client onboarding and implementation, from scoping and planning to final handover. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments (IT, HR, Recruitment, Operations) to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. Proactively identify risks that could delay projects or lead to client cancellations, and develop contingency plans. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous process improvement and documentation of best practices. Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior management and the client, with regular status updates. Ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace and complete required training and compliance.
