Salary: P100,000-P130,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and tender processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as contract management systems and financial analysis tools.

What will you do?
  • Lead the negotiation, review, and management of contracts and tenders to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
  • Develop and implement commercial policies and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and cost-saving measures.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Prepare and present reports on commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
