Overview

Finance Supervisor role in Pasig or Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role handles daily accounting operations and supports financial planning and compliance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting operations, including voucher preparation, bookkeeping, and financial records management.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, expense reimbursements, cash, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
  • Handle tax incentives, relevant filings, and compliance, ensuring adherence to Philippine laws and PEZA regulations.
  • Support external audits and internal control compliance checks by providing required financial data.
  • Participate in budget tracking and provide financial data support.
  • Carry out other finance-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting (experience in manufacturing or multinational companies preferred).
  • Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax policies, and labor regulations.
  • Knowledge of PEZA financial processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Proficient in accounting and office software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Good English and Tagalog communication skills; able to prepare and review financial documents in English.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
