  • The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting support, financial reporting, compliance, and cost monitoring.
  • This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supports regulatory compliance, and assists in the development of cost control strategies.
  • The Finance Supervisor coordinates closely with internal departments and external partners to support financial planning, audits, and process improvements.
  • The position plays a key role in maintaining internal controls and promoting efficiency in finance-related processes while providing essential support to the Finance Manager or Controller.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Acumatica)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required
  • Training in BIR compliance, tax computation, and audit procedures is an advantage
  • Integrity and strong ethical judgment

  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
