Finance and Administrate Supervisor (Onsite)

  • Working with HO Finance and Accounting team on accounting process and system setup as well as daily finance and accounting work, including but not limited to invoice issuance, payment request, inventory & supply chain finance related tasks.
  • First contact for accounting matters with Head Office and subsidiaries. Prepare ad-hoc & monthly P&L, BS & Cash Flow reports.
  • Working closely with business team to ensure compliance with local legislation, monitor the business performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of office, including providing standard clerical duties as assigned, responding to incoming communications such as phone calls and email; drafting and reviewing contracts, managing facilities services and maintenance activities; working with relevant local authorities and landlords to ensure office operational compliance; developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining and ordering office equipment and supplies; handling purchasing activities based on office users’ requests. Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Supporting all team members on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in Finance field; financial-related certificates are preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Understanding Chinese is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance & business administration.
  • Multi-task capability with hands-on experience in accounting and office management.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, careful and well-organized.
