Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation. Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, and purchase records. Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications. Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess market trends. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities. Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations. Support in preparing procurement reports and analytics for management review. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates may also be considered). Working Location YTO Express Philippines. Unit D and E, F.B.
