This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and grow within a fast-paced environment.**Ideal Candidates will be*** Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills* Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets* Work well with others and be a team player* Research-driven and customer-focused individual* Accurate with detailed information**Role Details*** Industry: Promotions* Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)* Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)* Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient* Salary Range: Php 43,000**Job Responsibilities*** **Assist in Marketing Campaigns:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.* **Content Creation:** Support content efforts by writing copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.* **Social Media Management:** Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends and analytics.* **Market Research:** Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations.* **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.**Additional Job Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software).* Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage multiple tasks.* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.**Software that will be used*** Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).* Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related field.* Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis.* Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.**About DCX**DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
