Why this role exists Operate a high-performing, multi-page social ecosystem for EDMARK PHILIPPINES—planning, publishing, governance, and community care—so the EDMARK brand is consistent, responsive, and measurably growing across multiple official pages. Location: Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines (on-site; occasional fieldwork for shoots/events) Schedule: Weekdays; some evenings/weekends for launches, lives, or issues management Reports to: Marketing/Digital Lead, with cross-functional alignment to Corporate Communications (EDMARK) Several official EDMARK pages (country, product, event, and corporate). Page objectives cover: brand awareness, product education, recruitment/leadership events, and corporate announcements. What you’ll do Editorial & Publishing (Multi-Page) Build a master editorial calendar with page-level variants (copy, visuals, CTAs, timing). Orchestrate smart syndication—what goes where, when, and why—tailored to each page persona. Maintain EDMARK voice, visual standards, accessibility, and regulatory notes across all pages. Community & Care (SLA-Driven) Handle frontline replies (comments/DMs/mentions) with clear escalation paths for sensitive topics. Corporate Communications Support Draft external announcements and internal notes that keep EDMARK stakeholders aligned. Own page governance: roles/permissions, monthly access audits, 2FA hygiene, naming/handle discipline. Maintain approval tiers (Legal/Regulatory/Leadership), response macros, and crisis playbooks. Insights, Optimization & Competitive Metrics Build page-level and portfolio dashboards: cadence, reach quality, engagement depth, response time, sentiment. Track competitive metrics: category share-of-voice, engagement vs. key competitors, creative/message themes, posting cadence benchmarks, earned mention velocity, and trending keywords/hashtags. Recommend next actions per page (content, timing, creative tweaks, creator collabs) based on both internal results and competitive benchmarking. Pilot new formats responsibly and document learnings for reuse across pages. Cross-Functional Collaboration Sync with Sales, E-commerce, Customer Care, HR, and Events to align campaigns and FAQs. Coordinate with Design/Video for asset pipelines and on-time delivery at multi-page scale. What you’ll bring Education: At least High School (K-12) graduate. Vocational/Technical/College is a plus. Skills, portfolio, and work ethic carry the most weight. Proven experience managing multiple brand pages in the Philippines (planning → publishing → moderation). Strong English & Filipino copywriting; social-first storytelling; basic analytics fluency. Platform ops: Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio; page governance & access control. Calm under pressure; precise communicator; organized and proactive. Nice-to-have Issues/crisis comms, live events, or creator/UGC pipeline management. Basic creative tooling (Canva/Adobe Express) and lightweight video editing. PH market & compliance notes Observes statutory Philippine benefits and holidays; workload flexes for campaign peaks. Evening/weekend support may be required during Lives, launches, or incidents (offsets/OT per company policy).
